Reduce Tank Emissions
VaporLok installs a physical barrier between the liquid in the tank and the vapor space above the liquid. VaporLok reduces tank emissions up to 80%. VaporLok was recently installed in an Oklahoma lease tank battery storing a 70 API gravity condensate. RESULT - Tank emissions reduced by 87%.
Increase Oil Production
Field studies show that 1 - 5% of gross oil production is lost to emissions, sometimes called shrink. Reducing shrink means a net increase in oil production.
REDUCE FLARING

With VaporLok, tank emissions going to flares or combustors are dramatically reduced. In some cases, this can eliminate the requirement to maintain a flare or combustor.
